to some great restaurants and the stadium, great location great price easy check in perfect for weekend downtown, we enjoyed the restaurants close by and the historic neighborhood with beautiful old homes, beautiful studio bungalow best for couples and solo travelers, comfortable bed and heating/ac is easy to adjust, the shower has an electric water heater which was also awesome, the wifi was great and the area is perfect for people visiting, the rest of the space is so cozy and modern with great lighting and amenities, the decor was engaging - and thoughtfully placed - the bed was soo comfortable, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, the lodging was very clean with up to date styling, good location near downtown and very affordable, perfect location for all the downtown shops and festivities, definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to downtown, spacious condo with pool and hot tub access, the apartment was thoughtfully decorated and it has very complete amenities, there is also a beautiful creek by the apartment complex it's nice to relax there, everything was clean at our arrival and moe was very welcoming and friendly, moe's place was very lovely cozy and clean, moe is a great host and very responsive to our needs, moe is an outstanding host with a high level of integrity; excellent communicator and very accommodating to our circumstances, he was very responsive provided water and coffee and was available for any questions, great place and location to do monthly stay, the place is located very nicely between downtown and jacksonville beach, if you like to walk go outside of the complex turn right then right again, i would absolutely recommended staying at moes place, we had an outstanding experience staying at moe's place, fantastic find po's cottage had everything you could need and was quite comfortable for a few nights, full kitchen smart tv great bed great bathroom, beautiful little cottage thats private and cozy, it's a cozy quiet home away from home it's my second time at the cottage and it was perfect, perfect little oasis very clean quiet and comfortable, great space to stay super clean and comfy bed, hosts were exceptionally accessible and friendly, great location quiet safe neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants, super cute cottage in a quiet safe neighborhood that is close to all that jacksonville has to offer, check in was a breeze and the location was easy to find, nice place to stay that is close to downtown jacksonville, perfect spot wish we could have stayed longer the solo traveler, nice and clean space perfect for 1 to 2 guests, cabin looks great clean comfortable and accesible, clean and new shower was a little small but a good quick stay, javier and his wife were very friendly people, javier is an amazing host and his places are perfect, it is a great location close to a lot of restaurants walmart mall etc, was a cozy stay in a great location for a great little location with a park nearby, location was good as well with easy access to everything, no tv or radio or microwave but comfortable and private, we loved the avondale cottage it was quaint & cozy, very quiet and quaint place mornings were very serene here and the place was cozy, the host put us on to a small local beach little talbot that was fabulous, great location within walking distance to shops and the park, the location is excellent not just for the park and restaurants but also very close to our family, the avondale location was perfect for walking to restaurants being near downtown and the marinas, well-appointed, private suite in an upscale home, the sheets and pillows were soft and comfortable, emma's apartment was a pleasure to stay in, the bedroom and the bathroom matched perfectly the decor is gender neutral, bathroom is super clean stacked with plush towels and hairdryer, emmas butterfly garden was very clean and cozy, great space very clean relaxing and comfortable, the host went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible, emma was very responsive to any questions i had, lovely space gracious host simple and easy check-in, super
